I'm in pain and I usually prefer going back to bed after i get it, but it happened at work.
What do you guys do if you're at work to ease the cramps (as well as of course taking some meds)

Get a empty water bottle fill it up with warm water put it against abdomen. Heat helps.
Hot tea and motrin.
