I don't have permanent french but I swear by Momo Nail spa on Montauk Highway in Copiague! I am there once a week for a regular mani. I've seen them do the perma french there and they come out gorgeous!

Do they use the UV gel topcoat? If not, any place that uses the UV gel topcoat should cure the issue. The UV gel makes them shiny like regular topcoat, but it stays on completely, when you go for fill-ins they will file it off. In any case, in addition to keeping them shiny it will prevent yellowing. If you are already using the UV gel then try a different place that uses a different gel. Some places use a really cheap gel that will still yellow.
