Liz, are you just a 'Coke' girl (COCA COLA that is ) or are your open to Pepsi products?

Because I'm almost certain that Pepsi Twist (there version of cola with lemon) comes in a regular variety

Alas to me, its just not the same though .. the lemony taste is SO FAUX that I couldnt get past it.. at least in the diet versions..

And Diet Cherry Coke is yummie

I'm going to raise the ire of 1/2 the people on the board, but who cares, it's just soda...

I hate Pepsi, its products and all that it stands for. I drink Coke not Pepsi. Sprite, not 7-Up, A&W not Mug and tap water, not Aquafina. Occassionally I indulge in a Mountain Dew, but I hate myself when I do it!

After drinking Pepsi I feel like I was sucking on a mouthful of nickels.

Go ahead and laugh, but I also prefer the Stop&Shop no-frills brands... Cola, Dr. Perfect and Mountain Frost!

Pathmark's Sprite version is called Spring Up ! that 's not a soda, it's a command! I used LOVE the Kmart cola they had in the neding machine in the Penn Station entrance. Sort of RC like.
Do you drink Dansani? I think it is yucky & salty.

My friend works in a building that Coke just moved into & the conviecne store int he buildign had to get rid of ALL non-Coke products! harsh for the Pepsi, Snapple, etc fans. And they jsut lease a little space, they don't 'own the building.

Don't worry abttu your coke opinions, there have been whole threads on this--people are very brand loyal. It's kinda like baseball.

and Anne, did you really miss the Pepsi Spice? the deli across the street from me has it. But then again they have Pete's Summer Brew & I don't think it is an early 05 shipment.

Seriously , is it just a taste preference? Or do you secretly work for the Coca Cola Co. and they have brainwashed/programmed you to remain brand loyal , for fear of immediate firing

I say this mainly bc DH used to work, and a good friend of presently does work for Pepsi -- and she is a maniac in her ramblings/forced loyalty to all-things-Pepsi... AND their subsidiaries no less. Its like 'OK well I can only go to Appelbees because they have the contract with Pepsi, where TGIFridays does not .. ' And don't even ask about the time I had a POLAND SPRING water bottle in tow... it was a NO NO!

Yeah its all a little, uh, strange

can you tell the difference between sprite and 7-up?

i drink diet coke alot because we have here in the office and it is free

but i prefer diet pepsi, diet wild cherry pepsi, and especially diet mountain dew

i also drink diet sprite and diet sierra mist and with coke, i prefer regular coke, or diet coke with lime

Sorry, all the Ann(e)s I know are with an E & very senstitive about it--it has becaoem ahbbit.
ANd dont' get em started about the Sara with No H. . .

And yes Don, I think Sprite is sweeter than 7 Up & usually I can't tell the differnce between these things.

Felicia... it's a taste preference. Coke just tastes better, I can tell the difference between Coke and Pepsi really easily and it annoys Mr Boots to no end. What's really creepy is that I can usually taste the difference between Regular Coke and Caffeine-Free Coke! Coke, and its products in general, is slightly sweeter and more carbonated.

I grew up drinking Coke and one time my father brought home Pepsi . We harangued him for 3 days!
