Sorry to hear that. Why not try a medicated face scrub, like St. Ives Apricot Scrub....its really for your face, but I'm sure it'll work on your back..
check out your daily washing habits...hear me out here. after you wash out the conditioner in your hair, do you just get out of the shower? this may help...my shower routine is weird. i get in, wet my hair, wash it, put conditioner in then put my hair in a clip, then do all my stuff (shave, brush teeth, etc.) then take the clip out, rinse my hair, put it back up with the clip , then wash my back and get out of the shoewr. doing so, i get all the conditioner off of my skin.you may want to try that and see if that is the problem.

SInce I started using a deep conditioner daily I had the same problem with my forehead. Not pimples exactly but clogged pores. I used to wash my face while the conditioner sat in my hair for 3 minutes then was my face off then wash the conditioner out... Since I stopped washing my face THEN my hair the problem is GONE. Ba bye little bumps! I say its all in the shower routine.

I had same problem before my wedding and used netrogena body wash w/salicyc acid(sp?)
every time I showered w/a back loofah & it worked great!
