How much do they cost? How can I find one that is certified?

I think I need to hire one to get my a55 in shape!

Edited to add that I don't belong to a gym, so I can't look for one there.

depending on the trainer
anywhere from 30-75.oo an hour!

I had a package from ballys
they do help you though!!
