I'm getting to the point where I feel like the only way i'm going to get any motivation to lose weight is to have a personal trainer. Someone that will make appointments with me and push me. Doing this stuff on my own just isn't working anymore. Does anyone know a good trainer who does one on one and isn't too expensive?

I've been thinking the same exact thing! I booked a trial for tonight, but its in Bellmore. I'm hoping this keeps me motivated.

I am considering the same thing but don't really know any place around where I work or live besides for LA Fitness and if they are any good. Does anyone know of any personal trainers in East Setauket or Sayville?

I have a great one but he's in Long Beach.
I have a personal trainer and he pushes me to get up b4 work to workout with him. If I didn't have him I prob. wouldn't go as much as I do!!
