Personal Trainer

Has anyone gotten one? Specifically at Lucille Roberts because that's the gym that I'm a member of. Is it worth it? I don't want to lose any weight, but I do want to tone up my arms, tone/life my butt, and tone my legs. Basically, I just want to tone - but without looking like too much (if that makes sense).

Just wondering if it's worth the money or if I could just do it on my own by going to the classes at night and stuff.

It's absolutely worth the money, IF you get the right one. The right trainer can make all the difference. Ask around at your gym to see who's the best, because they'll be worth their weight in gold.

Great! Thanks so much! I might do it a little closer to the wedding. Like 8 sessions.

My FH is a personal trainer at Synergy. To tone up you need to do cardio + lift weights + eat a good diet with like one 'treat' meal a week say on saturday night (nothing processed during the week) and you will see a difference :)

Thanks kim! I'm already a vegetarian, so I don't really eat a lot of bad stuff. Usually yogurts for lunch and stuff. I've been doing about 20/30 minutes cardio and then lifting so I'll see how it goes. I've been doing it for a month or so and yoga once a week. I've seen a bit of a difference.

Thanks again!!!
