Where do you live? I love my trainer, she works in Moriches. She does online training too, where she'll write you a routine and nutritional plan and work with you via email.
I *think* BelongstoDanBuckley is a personal trainer, but I don't know where she works or what she charges.

me too! I have worked out witha trainer in the past and have seen incredible results. I would like to find someone on the queens/nassau line!!!

I would also like rates for personal trainer. I would like to ose about 10 to maybe 15 pounds and tone up. I just want to make a schedule on what i should be doing to get what i would like... TIA

while we're at it... please FM me too for rates or if anyone knows someone in the middle island/holbrook area. thanks!! Ya know, with all of us wanting personal trainers, we should really look into group sessions. It might be less money for everyone and could be a lot of fun....
