Im interesting in becoming a personal trainer. Does anyone know what kind of classes you would need to be certified and how the best way is to go about it?

i know hofstra has a personal trainer certification program...

Go to the AFFA web site or ACE. They have a course book and a test that comes around every so often. I think its an exam that is friday night and saturday night in one weekend.
