yes I have one... Iwork out at Sky athletic club in Rockville center my trainer $45 per 1 hour session, not bad he keeps me focused, knows my goals etc..

it depends on the gym...you can set up a schedule to work out with a personal trainer once a week or once every other week just to change your exercises. that's what i'm doing..we work out every other week. you can pay anywhere between $45-85/session
