personal trainers?????

anyone ever have one? What do they usually cost? I was thinking of getting one for the summer since I need motivation and have tried several work out plans that have failed. Are they worth it?

thanks!

Totally worth it, if you get a good one. Make sure you are recomended, and that they are certified.

They will teach you everything you need to know.

Talk to a trainer and see how they do it. It depends on what you need to learn, and how you want to train.

My friend is a personal trainer. He charges (I think) $45 an hour and $60 for an hour an a half. If anyone wants his info, let me know. He lives in Great Neck.

I see one 3 X a week and he is amazing!!!!!
Not sure how much he costs since I am not paying (Buff Brides) but he has taught me so many things that I never would have known to do on my own....

I bust my A$$ when I am working out with him!

personal trainers are great,,if they are good. they should teach you things, so if you can't afford long term, hopefully then can do the exercise on your own (many trainers don't like to do that, because then you won't need them)

They should offer you challenging and different programs each time.
