I am thinking of getting one too.... but the ones at my gym don't really impress me (I've seen what they do with clients). Fitness Together is a 1 on 1 training center that supposedly is AWESOME but it's $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I belong to NYSC and I bought a 10 package deal with one of the Master trainers and I honestly felt like it was worth it. Even though my numbers wern't going down that much (muscle weighs more than fat), my clothes were fitting better and I felt more motivated to go to the gym.

I have a friend who was a trainer at PTI. I saw the transformation of many of his clients.....it was insane. He trained women that would literally go from 300+ to a size 2 or 4. It works but you also have to do the work with what you eat.

they are totally worth it if you can afford them...

edt to add that NYSC (my gym) has a wedding ready PT package that is awesome

I used to train at PTI and didn't really love it. It's kind of expensive and you can't come in and use any the equipment on your own. Also, they used to give me a different trainer every time I would come in which was pretty annoying.

I love my current trainer at Bally's.

I live in the city and someone comes to my house and works out with me. She lives in Queens, and would do Queens, LI and city. Let me know if you want her info.

I used to be a trainer at PTI about 4 years ago. I think their prices are on the high end of training. Also, most trainers at PTI are not nationally certified....just certified through PTI's 2 week program. You might be better off hiring a trainer at a regular gym because they are more certified IMO.

If you have any other ques, you can FM me
