I think we'll probably hold off for a few weeks beforehand.

However, I know FH and me, and, we'll both be so tired, so, while we might have great intentions before, the night of, we'll probably just 'do it.' No special 'equipment'.

Oh and also, we have this little bet going on. It started when he suggested that we wait until we get to our actual honeymoon destination before we do anything because we'd be too tired that night anyway, and I jokingly said that's up to me and how I feel that night because if I want it, i'm getting it! (which is true) and now he's telling me he's going to hold out on me! so basically, the bet is, if he succeeds on holding out on me that night, he wins... (I already know i'm winning though ) now I just have to figure out what I want him to get me when I win..

Newlywed advice: We were sooooooooooo tired after the wedding but had some incredible sex anyway - as Man and Wife! Do it if you're not too tired, you'll remember it forever.

Wow finally someone post something of that sort. Well, the only difference we're going to have on our wedding night than before was that he won't have to use a condom anymore. Throughout our relationship, we always used condoms (even when I'm on birth control) and I never had done it 'bare back' and wanted to save that part of me until I am married. Even though he was my 1st (which I am glad he's the only person I will ever be with), the whole 'bare' thing would take it to a whole new level.

Plus since our wedding is in the afternoon and won't be done until early evening, we would have plenty of time during the evening to consumate it.

As for celibacy, we'll probably hold it off a good few weeks before our wedding day. After all, we would have the rest of our lives to make it up to lost time.

i wish that he could finish for real (sorry for being graphic!!) without tossing me off of him .....even though i am on the pill i am way too paranoid to let him finish.....i dont want to have kids for a really long time and it makes me sooo nervous.....so thats one thing that will still have to wait for even after we are married.....
