customizedgirl.com has them but I found it was cheaper to buy a sweatsuit & have it embroidered- i bought the sweatsuit at NY&Co- it was on the sale rack for $10 per peice and then had it embroidered at tri-county

I got two sweat suits. One at old navy and the other at NY&Company and got them embroided at a kiosk in Roosevelt fields (across from Express).
