personalized napkins & matches- how many??

For those of you who ordered cocktail napkins and match books, how many did you order? Is it one per guest? I have about 200 people coming and am not sure how many to order.

I only ordered about 100 matchbooks and am having 170 guests. There is no smoking in the reception hall but my FI really liked them and they were cheap so we got some. We are going to put them out in the bar in the cocktail hour room after the cocktail hour is over. We are going to use that as a smoking lounge. I didn't get the napkins.
