For my engagement party FMIL and I are going to make favors ourselves...but what Im wondering is, what date are you supposed to put on personalized ribbon?? Do we put the date of the engagement party, the day we got engaged or the date of the wedding (which is still up in the air...) Also does anybody have any links for online shops that have the ribbon for cheap?

I would put the date that you got engaged. I looked into getting personalized ribbons and found that Ann's Bridal Bargains had the best prices... $10 for 50. I've ordered some other things from them and have been very happy with the quality, service and prices. www.annsbridalbargains.com
