Personalized Wedding Hanger----Money stolen from Etsy seller
I ordered a Custom Made Wood Wedding Hanger from Etsy seller allthingshandkrafted. The money was taken out of my account on May 20 for order #54727310. The seller said she sent the hanger out on June 4th. I never received it and when I contacted the seller she had shipped it to the wrong address. On June 27th I told her she had shipped it to the wrong address and she should resend it to my correct address. I sent a message to her on July 11th I asked her if she sent it out yet and I got no response. I went to send another message on July 19 ansd it says that this Etsy seller no longer has an acct. She never refunded my money. Im so pissed she stole from me. Thanks for listening!
So who has a name of a good seller from Etsy so I can get my wedding hanger.

Def report her! I'm sure etsy has policies about that just like Ebay or any other site would. That's not right!

eBay has buyer protection for cases like that so I assume etsy would too. I would email the company and let them see your conversation history. Sorry that happened. Said you can't trust people sometimes :(

Did you pay through pay pal or your credit card? If so, dispute the charge so you will get it back! That sucks, I'm so sorry.

Wow im so sorry...i got my hanger on there I dunno if its the same person ...i know there are a lot of different sellers on there ...so sorry but i would def. try to report it ...b/c thats crap

I reported her. I did use my credit card so I will dispute the charge with my bank and see if they can credit me the money back. It isnt even the money because it wasnt alot its more of the principle.

So sorry to hear that happened to you! You should use http://www.etsy.com/shop/HandcraftedAffairs - I love how mine came out. She will even add small silk flowers to the top of the hanger in the colors you choose, and will also hand paint your wedding date on it. Highly recommend her!

I also got one for my best friend. I tried uploading pics of them. We'll see if that actually works though. She was very easy to work with and very responsive and I received them quickly.

It didn't work, but they have flowers on them. I got white for mine, and for my friend her color is purple, so hers has purple flowers and her wedding date.

Yeah if you psid by credit card you can dispute ur with then as a wrongful charge. And definitely report her so She cant scam others in the future. That's horrible!
