Pet Peeves

Ha ha! OMG I'm peeing in my pants. Most of these mentioned are my pet peeves too.

One that's bugged me lately is the sneezing one. I know people have allergies and can't help sneezing, but it bugs me when people don't sneeze normal. There's a guy 2 offices down who sneezes like this, 'eh choo!' What's with the 'eh'?
And there's this girl who cough-sneezes. And she sneezes like 30 times in a row too. How do people do that? I sneeze like once a week.

Oh, and I hate it when people wait until the very last second to step off the escalator, so you almost crash into them. Then they have to stop at the top to look around and get their bearings. Again, you almost crash into them. Get out of my f'ing way!

People who don't send THANK YOU CARDS
This includes my cousin for her baby shower, wedding shower, wedding gift no one got a thank you for anything what an a$$.
Shes having another baby guess what Im putting in her wishing well if she has another shower? (oh she'll have another one) a package of Thank You cards.

How hard is it to pick up a pack of cards from the friggin drugstore and some stamps and just say hey thank you!

Misreable, Negative, Nasty people - they **** the life right out of you, I cant stand it.

I'm generally a very tolerant person, but there are a few things that just tick me off...

1. Cell phones in general. Give me a break. Do you really need to be 100% available at ALL times??
I've got an answering machine. That's about as accessible as I want to be. I use my cell phone for emergencies. DH is always annoyed because I never have it on.

2. People who use their cell phone in a restaurant. Again, can't it WAIT? I'm not talking about emergencies, but people who have long conversations. How important can you be? Are you the President? You can't wait a frickin' HOUR?? Grrr.

3. Cell phones at CONCERTS!!! When did this happen????!! I couldn't believe how many people had cell phones at the KISS/Aerosmith concert at Jones Beach. They call their friends, hold up their phones, 'oooooh! I'm sooo cool, listen to where I am!' It's SO distracting and so rude. Grow up.

4. Seat-hoppers at concerts. These bozos buy seats up in the nose-bleeds, and then come down after the concert starts and sit in seats that are closer and unoccupied. They're like squaters! I paid good money for my seats. If you want to sit close up, PAY for it.

5. People who smoke POT at concerts. If you want to smoke-up do it in the parking lot. Don't do it next to me where I can smell that crap and get nauseous from it. Have some consideration.

6. People who blow their nose at the table. It's GROSS. OMG!

7. People who DONT signal before they turn, or who DO signal but keep going straight! I almost got hit a few times by these geniuses. You think they're turning so you pull out into the road in front of them. Then they have the nerve to honk and gesture!! DUH!!!

8. Kids running wild and being noisy ANYWHERE. Put 'em on a leash if you have to. Just because you love your kids, doesn't mean I have to. (I know that sounds mean, but c'mon already).

9. People who let the door slam in your face, or who don't say thank you when the door is held for them.

My biggest pet peeve of all time is the gum cracking/snapping/popping. It drives me so crazy that I seriously want to shove my fist down the person's throat
Eating popcorn or crunchy foods with your mouth open comes in a close second. I hate the crunching noise!

on the subject of Cell phones (by the way they say 80% of surveyed people agree it's gotten out of countrol 60% also agree they are guilty of all the same things that p*ss them off)

What is with cell phones in the office??????

1. If you have a cell phone and youre working can you please turn it down a bit.. I don't need to hear Bach Air that loudly!!

2. If you're not at your desk.. put it on vibrate.. GOD that annoys me... it goes on and on.

3. If you 'need' a call use the work number!! Or at least call them back on the land line.. instead of yelling to get your message through!!

4. Please don't walk around like you're some bad bunny with your cell phone hooked to your hip in the office. Do you REALLY think I care? Do you realize how stupid and annoying you look when it rings??!??!?

Ultimate Pet Peeve I guess boils down to the simple Lack of appropriate use of Cell Phones.

Can I tell you that I have this 'friend' who will always talk on her cell phone wherever we are - RUDE this is not Highschool honey you can miss a call.

I have to admit I am guilty of going to the concert and calling my best friend on my cell phone during her favorite song...


Some more things that bother me during my cashiering days :

Customer says I dont want this and puts item in magazine rack. Or when they dont say anyhing and just stick it in the magazine rack...... IM standing right here not that hard just F*in hand it to me!!!!!!!!! Someone one day did this with Fish that the seafood dept. cut for them!! Smellllyyyy.

People who leave their money in Shoe or Bra.... EWWWW Do u think I want to touch that now at least take it out before u get online so i dont know it was there all day!!!

I remember those issues from cashiering.. and that was back when I used to work for Burlington Coat Factory..

I also hated those blanks stares when I'd say 'if you have 2 dollars sir I can give you back a 10 instead'......Duh.. so funny.

Has math in our country gotten THAT bad?!!?
