Anybody know of a good, trustworthy pet sitting service? My parents are going away for 3 weeks and need someone to feed the cat (they really don't want to board him). Can we trust a service to come into their home?

Where do you live? I have a woman who lets my puppy out while i'm out work and I think she does pet sitting, too.

Is there a neighbor or family member that can stop over? Honestly, having someone I don't know at all come in my house while I am not there would have me uneasy.

my parent leave their dog at a grooming/vet place and leave him overnight for like $12 a day

My parents live in Bellmore. They are really nervous about letting someone in thier house, that's why we're looking for a good recommendation rather than just finding someone in the phone book.
