I just made a big circle in MS Word then made a text box for my monogram..I then cut it out and heres my final product.

i just used doilies from the dollar store...hot glued a tiny tiny bit to keep them closed, and put a monogram sticker on them...check them out in my pro-pics album...they looked great!
