PETAL CONES

I haven't made them for myself, but I made flowers for my brothers wedding, 15 years ago, they looked like silk flowers but when you flicked them the opened and threw bird seed. they took some time, but I could walk you through making them...

searching their website all I found were petals... but if you call them and ask I'm sure they'll help you.
my fathers boss' wife works there (its next door) and his co-worker (who has a party business on the side) gets EVERYTHING from there... and I mean EVERYTHING, if they don't have it... they find it!
