So my dad was watching get frustrated with my only DIY project (my petal cones) and decided he would pay for them. He doesn't want to spend more the $1.25 but hopes for $1 each since we need 200 of them. Does anyone know where we can get cheap petal cones? I've been looking and contacted some etsy people but everyone seems to stay in the 1.50 range.

It might be hard to find them for that price. I got mine at http://www.littlethingsfavors.com/ and when I looked up the same cones this was the cheapest side - they were 1.85 each.
does anyone have bio-degradeable (sp?) petals that can be thrown?

These cones are bio-degradable click . I think you meant the cones right? Real flower petals would be bio-degradable
