Petal Toss - Silk or Freeze dried?

I think I`m going to have petals tossed outside the church. Are silk ok? Or are the freeze dried petals better? Help!

I used silk,,,

bought the flowers at any discount store I could find...and at some yard sales. Choose vibrant colors-red, hot pink,lilac..and it will show up well in your photos. Best of luck!
