Petals- Has anyone used them for their flowers?

My mother saw an arrangement she really liked at the hairdresser`s done by Petals. Has anyone used them for their wedding? How were the rates? Did they charge an initial consultation fee? Thanks!

Are you talking about Petals and Ink? If so I am using Jennifer for my wedding in September. Let me know if this is who you are taking about and I will give you more info.
