AGHHH I am so mad about my phone company for my home phone. Each month my bill gets higher whether I am making more calls or not! What phone company do you use, what rates are you paying. I need to get rid of MCI. I need a good plan (one that wont charge 5.00 for a 20 minute phone call with my best friend who lives 15 minutes away!). HELP!

We use AT&T and I find our bill is like $50 every month. Before, when we used Verizon, it was $75 & up & we don't use the phone alot!

My phone bill was just 109$, 57.62 of it was calls to nassau county, 10 minutes away...22.00 was taxes and surcharged and 30.23 was local service summary! I am SO MAD!

We use Sprint. FH takes care of all that so I don't know too much of the details. But I do know that our phone bill is about the same price as yours Christy and we live a thousand miles away and make lots and lots and lots and lots of long distance calls to NY.

I have Verizon for all my local AND long distance. I Found they had the best rates. I also have verizon service on my cell phone which gives me unlimited long distance for free, so I make most of my long distance on there

I think you can go online (AT&T and Verizon) and check out their rates. We have AT & T and their not bad money wise, but I had a problem with the phone line and they said it would take a week and a day for them to come to my house. Plus I waited 1/2 hour on hold everytime I called to complain. So I think we may switch to Verizon.

I use Verizon. My bill is always between $40 and $45 a month, including call-waiting. When I switched they actually spent the time with me to analyze my call usage and see which plan would work the best for me.

We have AT&T but can relate to what Marcela said, we had a problem and it took 4 days to be fixed But they blamed Verizon, said the tech was supposed to come but wouldn't because of rain!
