Hi ladies! Im on the photography search...can you give me an idea of your packages and $ so i get an idea when I make appts...thank you!!!!!

What is your budget and what are you looking for?? I went to several appts and they ranged from $3000-$5000 - again all depends on what was included....

i called one photographer and they said 4k i thought it was good for everything included but FH and MOH think its too much money....so thats why i wanted to get an idea...is that too much...can i find something around 2K all proofs, cd, my album, thank you cards 2 photographer...????

Definately try calling Dan Wagner - he is awesome and will work with your budget im sure!

it would be difficult to get everything included for under 4k...

I was quoted 3-4k for pretty much everything

you can negotiate everything p.s.

do not take a price for face value, just bc a photog tells you they are 4k doesn't mean they are getting 4k from every bride..TRUST me on that one

I am not paying my photog anywhere near what was on the paper

and we are getting everything we wanted and more!

I am getting 2 photographers for 10 hours
upgraded larger album(i forget the size)
all proofs printed
all proofs, high res on DVD
full rights to my proofs
web hosting of images
engagement session location of my choice
brag book of engagement pics- 20 pics
engagement pics on dvd
2 parent books- 20 pics each
and i think 6 5x10s and 5 8x10s 1 11x20

I have a very basic photo package with NO albums... so Im not paying $4-5K

but I can tell ya, when I went shopping around initially - I got a quote from Duet that included Bride and Groom album... rights to pics, 2 photogs, videographer.... e-pics for like $4600.....

I think Lighthouse was around $3600 for the same type of package? I cant remember -

TP wanted like $3500 with no albums....

Dejavu $4000 with no albums

P*aTken wanted $3850 starting price with an album...

In any case, definately shop around and make sure you are comfortable with who you meet with!

I met with 7 total LOL - I cant even remember all of them!

it was a very frustrating process but in the end, I booked who was right for us!

TP had bride album in that 3500, no parent albums

and i forgot to add my quote included thank you cards- unlimited

it will be rough to find something for 2200

Imagine has a package around 2000+ but its only one photog i dont remember the rest. i could find out for you if you want, i have the paper at home
