I think it's fair depending on your package (hours, number of photographers, albums, etc). Your cost will also increase depending on the demand of the photographer/videographer.

It all depends on the photographer you're looking at. A high-demand photog may be more (my dream photog's packages start at $8K.. *crying*). But you can definitely find one in that budget that's amazing. Our budget is $3500 for photo and I'm going to stick to it, even if I have to interview every photographer on LI.

Depending on how much your getting with that its a good price. I think the cheapest quotes started at 2500 for limited hours, 1 photog and no prints.

I'm around there for both with albums, two photographers etc. but some can be very expensive.
