Re: Photo Album prices
I think its a good idea. I think that the photo books you get from places like walgreens and snapfish come out really good. If an album is not something you're looking to splurge on- I think its a great idea.

Re: Photo Album prices
Get your pics Hi Res on DVD and create your own...why not? So many photographers use Snapfish and Shutterfly for their coffee table books... which are great. I made one for my friend's wedding for her as a gift (I was MOH). She LOVED it... so did I. I had to buy 3... one for her mom b/c it was so nice. You design it...you can write a story with it...so many options.
I'm all for it. And if you want a diff album later on... you have your CD / DVD to make it from.

Re: Photo Album prices
I'm doing this which is why I have a basic package with my pics on a hi res CD. There really are some good sites suck as kodax, snapfish, shutterfly, and even blurb. apple computers also have a special software that can make albums.

Re: Photo Album prices
We're definitely thinking of doing this. Make sure you get your pics and the rights to them and you're good! We might have them do one album (if it's cheap enough lol) and then do the parent albums like this
