Ours comes with our package , but FH and I liked the way the layflat photo albums (hard like cardboard, and doesn't bend like paper) looked, so we upgraded to that. I think it's about 12 x 12 and the regular album he offered was 10 x 10 and leather bound. parent albums aren't included in any of his packages, so we're gonna go to the same place we got our engagement album done for that. It was realitively easy to do, and all you needed was to upload your pics and lay them out the way you want. I'll try to get the pics up so you can see the quality. :) If we went with him for the parent albums it would've been around $500, and I doubt our parents would care where their albums came from.

Ours also comes with our package from Lighthouse. We met with three photographers and Lighthouse's albums blew us away. They are so gorgeous and entirely customizable, whereas the other places you had to pay for upgrades. Lighthouse takes you through a bunch of different albums to get a feel for what you like!

We chose Lighthouse as well and we fell in love with their albums too. They really work with you and offer a lot of variety.

We are getting one album for ourselves and for our parents we are going to make them their own on shutterfly or something similar

I had a choice of 3 albums (ten pages each) or one huge album with 30 pages so I made one huge one. We are also getting 2 enlargements ready to hang made with that clear acrylic or something material and some smaller ones made the same way to put on like the mantal and a signature poster for the guests to sign with our picture

We aren't getting albums. We wanted to keep costs down so I'm just going to make them on Shutterfly(or a website like it) and just do it myself

We are getting one album, plus possibly 2 parent albums. We will also probably make additional albums on snapfish for our grandparents.

Ours comes with 1 and then there are 2 mini versions of our album included in with the package so that is what the parents get. I figure if they want other pictures i will make them a snappish album or send them the pictures and they can do what they want with them (print and frame, make a book, etc.).

I'm getting one big album (12x12) and 2 small parent albums (8x8). I think if you're going to get parent albums in a photo package, just make sure that they are customizable- your family isn't going to want the same pics has his family.

We are getting one 10x10 album for us and two 8x8 parent albums. It was important to my parents to have a nice album and I just know myself and it would never get done if it was gonna do it myself on shutterfly

We get one small album with our package. I actually think we are going to make thst a parent album and thn just make our own larger album.

We are getting 1 album with about 75 images included in our package. We get all of our photos on a flash drive as well so I am going to make the parent albums myself.

my cousin ended making hers on shutterfly, and as soon as i saw hers i knew i wouldnt get the package from my photog. my photg gave me the high res proofs on a drive.
some people don't want to have to worry about maing their own, but she has about 200 pictures in hers, so many of that would have been cut out due to photo limits in the albums that are made for you. and the quality is amazing. im going to do both parent albums as well.

My mom said she would rather me save my money then get her a fancy parent album. Our package came with a bride and groom album which I was hoping to get even if we had to add it. I figure after the wedding I can make parent albums on shutterfly or one of the printing websites to save money especially since some of the photographers were charging a couple hundred dollars for albums!

Not getting one will be creating my own via http://www.artisanstate.com/ I can't stomach paying $500+ for a photo album plus I have to make albums for myself inlaws my grandmothers mother and dad since they're not together this site makes that possible very good quality too!
