Photo and video help

Velvet vs. Duet

any help??

I have met with both. I do believe that DUET does great work! But for the type of pics they do Velvet seems to be right on target for almost half the price.

Both places are very friendly and are willing to hear your ideas.

are you between just the two of them>? I could mix in another with mid between the two being Patken.

i went to velvet yesterday and LOOOOOOOOVED bob!!!! as of right now were booking with him... we saw ADA and was not impressed for the cost. were going to see duet tomorrow... ill be sure to write you a review of both tomorrow after i meet with duet!

i have heard not so wonderful things about ADA
i met with dan saviano golden moments yesterday, i liked them, a little $$ for video but it was my first photo/video appt.

Patken was 6400 for me and Bob beat that by a lot. Duet was more than Patken for me.

i cant see a pic

I guess for what I wanted Duet was more. But with them I was getting two photographers, parent albums....a few more things maybe.

I love Bob. He is so nice and reallywilling to listen to your ideas and then add the creative thought that he has as a photographer to it. i am happy that I booked with him because he really does such beautiful work!

personally i was not impressed by ADA...I didn't think they're work was that great and the price was pretty high...I booked with Duet, and honestly could not be happier..their work is exactly what i was looking for and i have several family friends who used them and still rave on about them to this day! Velvet does great work also...you couldn't go wrong with either photographer...i ultimately went with duet, because their packages seemed to offer alot more for the money..

Yeah I did about a month ago. I went in and basically was very honest with what I had found at other placesand asked what he could offer. He was very good at describing things. I know it was a quick decision and I signed the contract right there and FH said that he thought that we should think about it for bargaining reasons but I didnt want to lose him on my date.
after changing my date yesterday I was scared that I wouldnt have Bob anymore but he was still available so everything worked out well for us. Now I have to call the church and make sure that i can still have my time on a different date.
