I havent booked with them, but you should ask how many pics come in your album, see if they give you free stuff, like proofs or a CD of all your pics. Also, if you do packages like photo/video/dj they are more inclined to work something out with you if they offer it. For example, I got this package with my photog and they threw in an extra parent album (FH parents are divorced), the gobo ball with our names and a plasma screen tv that will diplay pics as they are taken by the photog.
oh also, find out how many hours the photog will be at with you that day, and count the time at your house getting ready till the end of the reception

I am using them!! I have only heard good things about them and Dom is a sweetheart!! Everything is ala carte so you make your own package sort of, Good luck!
