Make sure they aren't too big.
If they are too big, it will give you an error in red at the top of the page.
You can resize them with a program like paint in windows.

if you do use paint, click on image tab then on resize/skew. 50 or 40% should be a good number to use. I would save this as a copy and not overlay your original to be on safe side. HTH
