Photo card box DIY - i need suggestions

I want to do a DIY photocard box. Kim had bumped a thread with how to make it (thank you sooo much!) but i would like your opinions on 3 things.....

What size frames would you use? 8x10? bigger? am I going too big if i am just going to attach the frames together.

Can I also use a box and wrap it with fabic and attach photoframes to it, like 5x7s? Would I use a regular card board box? Is it sturdy enough?

I amgoing to use foam for the top, but do I just wrap that seperatley so i can detach it easy to take the cards out?

i am going to put either one on a lazy susan.

I think 8 x 10 is good.
I would give the 5x7 a test run it might work ok.

thanks! I wasnt sure if the 5/7 would be too much weight on cardboard and make it cave in!

im having mine made by a woman from ebay. she does amazing work and it wasnt expensive at all.

I used 10x13 frames. I think they are a little big but I have 225 guests so I figured I'd need a bigger one. It hangs off the biggest lazy susan I found..but still looks nice...HTH!!
