Photo Contingency Plan

Hey ladies,


So I'm worried that it might rain/snow the day of our wedding so I want to have a photo contingency plan set up just incase we have bad weather. If it's nice, we're planning on doing photos in the gardens at Crest Hollow.

Looking for a place somewhere in eastern Nassau or Western Suffolk that we can take photos INDOORS. Church is in East Northport and RH is in Woodbury.

Any info at all will help TIA! Locations and site fee info would be greatly appreciated!

but old westbury gardens has beautiful indoor and outdoor areas for photos

you could kill 2 birds with one stone!

Do you have a room block? It POURED the day of our wedding. We had a room block at the Huntington Hilton and were able to take our pictures in the lobby and by the pool area there (which came out great).

You could also check out the Vanderbilt Mansion in Centerport (I think it's $300 but you can check it out on their website).

The other thing I would suggest is asking your photographer what he or she thinks. When we met with my photographer he actually asked us what we wanted to do if it rained and made several suggestions (one was the Huntington Hilton).
