photo montage

Hi ladies ok I am trying to get all my photos of FH and I as babies/growing up and us as a couple together. I'm trying to figure out how many I need.

Are you ladies doing 1 song for you and FH growing up or 1 song each?

How many photos should be in the montage?

What songs are you all using?

For some reason I am really stressing out over this.

who is putting the montage together for you? your DJ? i would assume they have done it before ask them how many are typically used.......i'm not doing one so i have no other advice sorry

I believe my dj said up to 50 pictures, and im pretty sure we are doing 1 song!

2 songs we are thinking about using is...

our dj told us at least 2 songs he wanted 3 but w thought it was too long..so we r using two songs and he will just mesh the photos of us as babies to growing up as both songs play

My FH made a video for us like this for our e-party and we used

1 song for me (Forever Young - Rod Stewart)
1 song for him (A little help from my friends - from the Wonder Years)
1 song for us as a couple (Hanging by a moment - Firehouse - our dating song - but not the same as our wedding song)

And let's say that you use 2 mins of each song you could probably use about 15 pics - I would go in order from baby to adult.

Just remember you don't want it too long - I also tried to make sure to include as many family members as possible so no-one felt left out - which is very difficult to do.

Most of all - have fun! It should be fun to look at those pictures.

I am just seeing this now!

There was another 'comment' from someone who just happened to have a brother, or some other relative, that just happened to do this service, and all of her posts just happened to be exactly the same, and she was replying to threads that just happened to be more than a month old ... so I guess LIW deleted the comment. It was there, I swear!!!

we are using Tommys Tunes. He said 2 songs and 50 pictures. He also said he could work with 3 songs if we chose to do separate songs for the 'growing up' pictures
