I need to find a place that I can take my wedding photos at. I am getting married on March 17, 2001 in Nassau County. I am not that thrilled with EAB Plaza in Garden City. I was looking for a scenic indoor/outdoor place. Maybe an old castle, a place with fountains and not too expensive to rent. If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it! Why not try Eisenhower Park? It's basically right across the street. It may not be as elegant as Westbury Gardens, but it is very close and should offer some outstanding photo opportunities.
We gave to a charity for our favor. Gave to the Nat'l Coalition for Cervical Cancer. on the little card that matched my invitations, I wrote
'In lieu of favors, we have given in memory of...'
Thank you all for your help! I didn't think there was anyplace in Nassau County that would be nice enough to take photos in. I thought all the really nice places were in Suffolk. Hope all goes well for all the Brides and those who have married already. Thank you again for all your help....
I can't speak of GW Manor as we didn't look at them due to our large guest list. We booked the Milleridge Cottage and are very happy with our choice. The staff is very helpful and when we went for the food tasting before we booked, we were very impressed.
