Photo Prices ; Artisan and Proline
Ive Fmed these so many times, I might as well post!
These are Artisan's prices

All packages include coverage of entire event, from bride's home to ceremony to end of reception, all proofs and negatives shot on medium format film, a lighting assistant and 500+ minimum proofs. I think they also include one 5X7 for each bridesmaid and a free engagement shoot with 300+ proofs and negs. Also he puts all negs online and black and white, sepia, colorization effects ALL included.

Also for comparison he said the magazine syle would be the same price as above, and in each case you would get more imageds(instead of 50, 70), but since there are more images per page, there are fewer pages, so that's the trade off.

proline has a whole separate pricing scheme for magazine style. It's $5000 for one of them and $6000 for the other, but with mag style all special effects are included
I also have their video pries somewhere, thought everywhere I looked, all bels and whistles, raw footage, and 3 chaptered DVD's premium package was around $1700. Though I'm sure if you book photo and video you will get a deal
