photo resize

how do you resize pics? Everytime I try to upload a pic its too big for this thing!

go to paint and open up your pic there. Then go to image and select stretch and skew. A dialog box will appear that says 100% vertical and 100% horizontal, just make that percentage smaller, maybe 50% for both or 40%. Sometimes you have to play with it if its really big. THen just save as and thats it

ahhh ok, im using a mac right now. It's dh's so havent played around with it alot, just use safari to come on sites lol. Well then if thats the case you can do it on photobucket. Upload your pic on photobucket, copy the middle url. Then on the left hand side underneath smiley faces go to 'insert web image' and paste the code there

on the mac, when you open the images with Preview, you then go to tools and then Adjust Size, change the resolution to maybe 65 and see how many KB that is. I think it has to be less them 65kb on this site.
