Hey, Are any of you having a photo sign in board instead of a guest book?
Where did you get it? Did you make it yourself?
THANKS

Re: photo sign in board
I didn't do this - but I think it's a great idea. Are you going to frame it or anything when it's done? They have a photo mat that you can have ppl sign and then put your wedding photo in- they sell it at Michaels or AC Moore in the wedding section (or maybe the photo frame section?) I guess it depends on how many ppl are going to be at your wedding if it will fit or not.

Re: photo sign in board
I did one at my eparty that only had 45 guests. It was full with signatures and short messages I could never imagine having one at the wedding with more people there. My friend did a calendar for the next year so people can write their birthdays, anniversaries, etc on it and they have it up in their home. It's really cute! I bought the pic frame at Michaels. There was one in the wedding section and then i went to look at frames and in that section I found a frame with the signature section around it for only $15. Get one of those 40% off coupons and you couldn't do it for much cheaper!

Re: photo sign in board
I think I need a 16X20 mat, and I can put a e pic of it when people sign it, then make it a wedding picture and frame it after the wedding.
I saw one seller on ebay that had them for like $50 plus shipping, so I was hoping to find it cheaper. I will check out those stores. thanks

Re: photo sign in board
We are doing this.
My sister and Brother in law bought it for us for our engagement.
I believe they got it from Pottery Barn.

Re: photo sign in board
we want to do a sign-in frame also.....and we thinking of using an e-pic for the reception and then switching it for a wedding pic afterwards. we'll probably get a frame made at Michaels. they are always having 50% off framing specials.
any suggestions on matte sie if we are having between 150 and 175 guests??

Re: photo sign in board
I used a 20x20 one and love how it came out! I unfortunately don't have a pic of it since it's my at my mom's house still. We got it at Bed Bath and Beyond and I think it was $40, then used a 20% coupon. HTH!

I had just about 200 guests and we used a 20x20 frame that had a 5x7 cutout for a photo in it. It was the perfect size for us and it got filled up (but not so quishy there was no more room to write). A lot of people signed it, although a handful seemed to not. Also, one thing I noticed was that many signed for a couple or a family in one small message...so you prob dont need space for 150-175 individual messages, ya know?

I have one. I loved the idea. I actually managed to get one at Target on clearance for $15. I know most girls have paid $80+

Re: photo sign in board
For all of you that already had your weddings - how did you display - did you have an easel, or just put flat on a table?
THANKS

Re: photo sign in board
I haven't decided if I am going to use a photo sign in board or a sign in platter instead of a guest book. I did see a photo board on the Invitations by Dawn website. There is another website called Keepsakes by Marilyn that has the photo sign in board, the sign in platter and some other really cool ideas.
