Photo tri-fold holder

I know there is at least one photographer out there that offered a leather tri-fold photo holder. I did not use that photographer. However, now that I'm thinking about ways to frame our photos for our parents and us, I'd like to create such a collage if possible. I'd like to do 3 pics on each side and an 8x10 for the center.

Any ideas as to how I can make this or buy such an item? We have so many gorgeous pics, it's hard to just choose one or 2 for each parent aside from the albums. If it turns out reasonably priced to do this I may make such a thing similar, but smaller for the BP.
