This is exactly what I'm doing - $895 for 4 hours (it'll open after the cocktail hour is over), and I'm not doing any extras. People can go in the booth as much as they like (and I get all of the pics after). I thought about buying my own scrapbook stuff, but I decided against it. No arts and crafts needed.

It's Partybooths.com
They supply an attendant, but not props. I know some people have bought props from discount wholesalers, but I'm not doing props either.

We also used Party Booths and it was a HUGE hit at our wedding. We opted for the scrap book option. It was just okay though and you may not want to spend the money on that.
We bought props at Party City... really cheap and the kiddies took them home at the end of the night. Our guests loved them and we didn't spend much on it.
If you go with Party Booths, make sure you ask them NOT to give you Bill. He's terrible. He closed down 20 minutes early, denied DH and I a pic together since he closed, left the scrapbook on the table undone, didn't ask if we wanted overtime and was rude to many of our guests. He told my sister not to play with the props and my other sister she can go in one time. That was in the beginning of the night. Everyone else just jumped in whenever, but just so you know. We called their Vegas office to complain about him. I heard he was let go, but someone else said he worked her party in July and he was just as bad then.
Otherwise, honestly, it was a ton of fun and everyone loved it. The booth sells itself.

Re: photobooth
Catey, I would call their main office as well. Ask to speak with Cody. He was instrumental in helping me. The Attendants who worked TWOTY were great and really sold me on the booth. LIke I said, it was a hit, but still, you don't need someone being a Party Pooper on your Big Day!

Re: photobooth
I was quoted $1200 from a different vendor and the girl would not budge on the price. I have since decided against it.
ETA: Der, I just read the other posts, looks like they got a better price. U should def check them out.
