PHOTOBOOTH :(

Well II want one. FH doesn't. He said it will take too much away from the wedding. I don't know what to do. After seeing them yesterday I had so much fun I think my guests would too. My DJ offers them. I don't know I'm so up in the air and I don't want to cause a fight between us :(

I'm sorry he doesn't see your point. I think the photobooths are a distraction in a way, but a fun one. There's only so many times you can do them before they're done and you want to go back to drinking and dancing and eating, IMO.

Maybe you could get one for a short time block so it can only be there for 2 hours or so, and then won't 'take away' from the day?

Awww what if you take him to a showcase where there is one?! FH was kinda iffy on it until we went to a Bosco showcase and he saw how fun it is!

If the booth can be setup in the RH ballroom where the party is going on then the guests wouldn't be leaving the room to do it and your FH may see that and like the idea.
Otherwise I agree with him that it can take people away from the party and that would bother me too.

I think it's nice if you get the classic photo strips
Then u give the frame as a favor and whahhhh la, you have favors too!!
I didn't find it to be a distraction at TWOTY

I am sorry. My FH was the same way. He thought they were tacky and didn't want one. He didn't even want to discuss it, that was until I brought up something he would want. We were able to agree that I could get a photo booth if he got a cigar bar! So in the end he agreeded to my photo booth and I gave in to the cigar bar.

I love the idea of the photo booth. I had a lot of fun at TWOTY. I would get a few quotes on the booths and present the information to your FH. Maybe he will change his mind. Good luck!!

Awww i would try to bring him to a wedding show and show him how fun it really is ...b/c i think he cant say no unless he see it ...i would try to do it that way see what happens

What if you just had it open during hospitality and cocktail hour? I so badly want one and after seeing pricing on them I think that it is something we can do in the budget. I didn't get to go to TWOTY cause I just joined the site at the beginning of the month, so I didn't know about the favor idea, can someone tell me the prices of the frames for favors...thanks!
