Photocube idea- need opinions

Original post by GettinHutched

So I went to Michael's today to pick up frames. I was looking for 8x10 wood frames that I was planning on painting silver (as it is my secondary color), and probably buying navy satin fabric for the top. (main colors of wedding are navy and white)

Well...get this- I found navy blue frames!!!

So should I....
keep the frames blue and use silver as the top fabric?

OR....

Paint the frames silver
and use navy fabric on the top?

I'm wondering if the silver is just more wedding-y....but it just seems too perfect that the frames are already blue!

TIA!

I dont think you can wrong either way..but consider this...if it will be dark the frames may look black

Hmmmm true....hmmmm....thing is though, that pic makes the blue look ALOT darker than it is. But you are right...my room is gonna be pretty dark. Definitely something to think about. thanks!!!

You girls are the best!!! You are too patient with my indecisiveness! I must ask waaaayy too many questions (what do you think of this, what do you think of that) that you might start to think I'm pulling a Karen (ya know, our drama-ful 08 bride)! At least I made a decision on my dresses and dress colors without drama!

Post a pic of the frames

My initial reaction is to leave the frames blue and use a silver top!

WIll do in a minute, Yesenia!

Now I'm thinking...navy frames, white top....I mean hello, my main colors are navy and white!

For the table number frames, we're painting the frames silver.

if your colors are navy and white...keep the frames the navy color.... and make the top white or silver.... if will be beautiful!
