we have met with 4 photogs and have 2 more appts this weekend...I am so confused!
i only disliked 1 of the photogs we met with...but other than that i have no clue how to pick between the rest...none of them stand out more than the other and they are about the same price...some a little more than others but nothing crazy. In terms of style i feel like they are similar....
ahh how do i pick?!

Re: photog confusion
i picked bc i didn't want one of these factory photographers, like the ones who just constantly book weddings and just produce photographs 24/7....i wanted someone who was very personable and really loved what they did, who took pride in it....that's why i hired thomas paul.....sorry if i didn't explain that well

Re: photog confusion
I choose duet because I loved their work and the price was great for what they were giving us.
Maybe you should just keep looking because you haven't found the right one yet!

Re: photog confusion
i picked Duet because i really love their work my best friend is into photography and the only reason she didn't do my pictures is because she's in my bridal party! but she's amazing and she helped me choose we visited a couple and we loved Duet's style work and professionalism! I am very happy with them

Re: photog confusion
i would use it as a bargaining tool.....like meet with them again, and be like its come down to price as my decision.... and see where it goes

Re: photog confusion
i would go with the one that just seems to have that lil extra. do any of them leave you feeling a lil more confident or a little more giddy? you should go with your gut feeling about them. if none of them gave you really great feelings i would keep looking

have you looked into Patken? IMO, I felt their style stood out and didn't look like the rest.

patken was actually the first place we went....we def liked them and the prices seemed good, but we had no clue what we were looking for since it was our first appt. we got pricing for real basic stuff. we are actually going back know that we have met others and know more of what we want. so we can talk about different package options and stuff...

Have you met with Imagine Studios? They are small and very personal. I loved Lia from the moment I met her...and her work is amazing.

Re: photog confusion
i just met with Marco from Marco photography last night, my first meeting with a photographer, and i booked on the spot!! have u gone there yet???? if not, i DEFINITELY recommend looking at his work!
i felt like i knew him for years, and he was soooo personable and outgoing, and made me sooooo excited for taking pictures on my wedding day, i know that its gonna be a really fun experience, and the prices were very good too compared to other price quotes i received
also, ive only heard positive feedback, have recommendations from friends, so it all fit
i think that like someone else said, maybe u jus havent found the right one yet, because i just knew when i was there...try a couple more and wait for that feeling!!
if ur still on the fence i agree that it will be time to bargain...tell them they offer the same as others and the only thing u are trying to improve is price, im sure they will in order to keep u from booking elsewhere

I agree. I would also go with the one that you personally feel more comfortable with. You'll be spending the entire day, every minute with this person and u two should click
