Photog contract

FH and I are going to a second meeting w a photographer tonight. If all goes well we will sign a contract. This is what I plan on making sure is in the contract (taken from other LIW posts, thanks) is there anything missing?

1)Who the photographer will be
2)Who the second photographer will be
3)How many hours they will be with us
4)What time they will come to us
5) How MANY proofs they guarantee (it should read something like a MINIMUM of XXX)
6)Proofs will come on a CD w. NO watermarks
7)When will proofs be ready
8)How many proofs can be edited
9)How much for retouching pics
