for a friend...
she is looking to spend the least amount of money possible.

Just professional photog with experience shooting weddings and the rights to all her pics. She will order an album and prints after the wedding when they have a little more $$ saved up again

Go on my facebook page and find my friend prodigy. I believe he is fairly low and trained under a high end photographer.

Try Jayd Gardina, she was very affordable and she will work with your budget, a lot of times if you cut down hours then you can save a lot of money that way. She work is very creative and beautiful!
