I got crazy ranges for photography. It really depends on what you want. Albums, amount of photos, the rights to all of your photos etc. For me, my quotes ranged from $1500-$2200.

im paying $1200 for 6.5 hours, rights to print all my photos, online gallery of all photos, 50 prints and 12x12 album. i didn't need anything fancy. i can make the parents their own album myself on mypublisher.

I'm paying $4k for photography, but this was definitely our splurge. We valued photography more than anything else. For video I found a great deal for $1k.
