Photographer and Videographer Question

I am researching photographers and videographers and am wondering what you all found to be an average price range for these vendors separately and vendors that offer both services. I can't tell if the quotes I'm getting are really expensive or average. Can anyone offer any advice? Thanks!

Re: Photographer and Videographer Question

I don't have my contracts in front of me but I think I am paying 1800 for video and 3K for photo.

Re: Photographer and Videographer Question

We paid just under $3K for our photo.

I've found video to range from $1300-$2000 depending on the package.

Photographer and Videographer Question

OMG, this was so annoying for me, too. I've seen video from $1500-$4000, I would say average is about $2000-$2500. I didn't see photo for less than $2500.

Photographer and Videographer Question

It depends on what you want included in your photo package. I photo & video separately. Photo we are spending about 4,000 with our album and parent albums. Video we are spending about 2,800. Both had packages which were less expensive but it all depends on what you want/need.

Photographer and Videographer Question

I dont have exactly what I payed but I believe it was 4k for each vendor( each included two video/ photo guys) I know if you get the same vendor they can bundle them together for pretty cheap. Look into DUET they do amazing work and you can get a price quote online

Photographer and Videographer Question

Don't skimp, but don't break the bank either.. It's tough.. Photo is huge! The package I got from our soon to be photog was $3200.. we will add parent albums later and it will be around 4k...with engagement shoot, a little bit more..depends on what you want and need.
