Photographer Appt?

I am new to all this planning and I had a quick question. I made my first photographer appt with Cassarino on Saturday at 1 pm. I wanted to try and squeeze someone else in that day also before a holiday party I have to go to. How long does the appt take? I am assuming it takes a while to look at the books and all. Two hours?? Three hours?? Just curious how much time I should budget.

Our photographer appt's took about 1-2 hours.

Thanks. I tried to call them earlier, but I was on hold for so long, I got frustrated and gave up!! I guess I'll try to call later. Just wanted to try and make another appt while I had some free time at work!

I think an hour is fine. We went to 4 photographers and each one took exactly an hour. Allow a little more time just in case

I think it depends..the first photographer I sent to see, I was there for 1.5 hours. But he was the one who told me about the different types of Photography styles, light, difference between b&w vs color, how you can drain the color to make blacka and white, & so forth. The other photographers were only half hour appointments because I had a better idea of what I wanted and was looking for.

I booked with Cassarino Studios, I thought their pictures were nice, Razz the salesman was professional and not pushy (like a few others I had spoken with). He seemed to be upfront about everything. When I went back the second time to book and pick a photographer, my fiance went with me. Razz was really nice in trying to make him feel comfortable by talking soccer with him (fiance is from Ireland), which I really appreciated. When we left my fiance even said to me 'I thought that was going to be so much worse', I think he even enjoyed himself. He got to look at an album with a bride who was falling out of her dress....
