Photographer-Help!!

I am also using Jo Von. I went to at least 6 photographers including Brett Michaels,Creative Compositions, Marquis, Mark Kauffman, and Patken. I felt there was no comparison, JoVon being the best. However, he is a bit pricy....I felt that when the wedding is over and all is said and done, what you are left with are the photographs. I feel they are most important which is why I went with JoVon. Hope I was of some help. My next choice would have been Patken. (mainly because of what you get for the buck) `

AviDon was referred to me by two separate people, and I have seen one person's proofs, and thought they were beautiful. Price-wise, he is a little high, although we didn't shop around after finding him, so he may be in-line with other photographers these days. I really don't know. His website is http://www.avidon.com

I'm hoping that I'll be able to get a good idea from that of who's coming. One of the hotels has a cut-off date of 3 months prior to the wedding, so we had to get the info out well in advance.

Try Patken Photographers in Lindenhurst, I recommend only Doug Patken, my guy was suppose to be candid, but wasn't. Make sure you see a few albums of your actual photgrapher.

No, Mark is not our main photographer. We have Tony as our main photographer, and we will be having a second photographer. I met with Tony and really think it will work well.
